Light of the White Bear (Scream of the White Bears)

Great news! I got a message from David Clement-Davies, and he's running a Kickstarter to raise money to publish the long-delayed Scream of the White Bears in the U.S. (It has been renamed to Light of the White Bear). Some of you may remember that this book was scheduled for publication here several years ago, but it was canceled in a dispute with his publisher. I backed the Kickstarter, and I hope that he makes his goal; I'm excited to have the chance to read this book.

Inbali Iserles is the new Erin!

Hey, Wandies! Some of you may remember Inbali Iserles, author of The Tygrine Cat. She did an author chat here in 2008. I just heard that she's going to be a new Erin Hunter, working on the Survivors series.

Here's the transcript of our chat with her:

W&W Upgrade

An upgrade of this site is long overdue, and next week I plan to upgrade it to a new version of Drupal, which is the software I used to build the site. The upgrade may take a while, because there are some major changes in the new version of Drupal, so W&W will be in maintenance mode for a while, maybe even a few days. I'm sorry about that. I'll probably start Monday.

Erin Hunter questions: August 2010

Hello, good people! It's that time again: time to submit your questions for next month's Erin Hunter chat. You will have the chance to chat live in real time with the Erins, but because the Erin Hunter chats tend to be pretty crowded, we started asking for people to submit questions in advance, to give everyone a chance to have a question answered.
