"Dream Power” Creative Writing Contest

This summer marks the fifth anniversary of publication of The Dark Dreamweaver. As part of the celebration, we're sponsoring a "Dream Power" creative writing contest. Anyone 14 or under can submit a story on the theme of "Dream Power" (you can interpret the theme any way you want to) for a chance to win an iPod Touch or iTunes gift cards. We're also going to be publishing an anthology of the winners. You can read more about it and download the entry form here:
http://www.reminchronicles.com/node/1813
This is not a Wands and Worlds specific contest, but is open to anyone, so let your friends and teachers know, too.
(I'm sorry for those of you who are older than 14, but we had to draw the line somewhere to make it fair).
While we're on the subject of The Remin Chronicles, if you're on Facebook, pop on over and become a fan of the Remin Chronicles Facebook page:

Sorry, Daisy. The only in the USA part is because I don't know what the laws are in other countries for contests, and don't want to get into trouble. The 2000 words is because it will take time to read all the entries. The nothing inappropriate part, well, I guess that's obvious, LOL.

You don't have to have read
You don't have to have read the book to enter the contest. Just write a story about whatever "dream power" makes you think of. I hope that gives enough flexibility to be really creative. I'm looking forward to reading the stories.
If you did want to read the book, you can read it on Scribd for free, at least for now. I don't know if we will keep it free forever.

It does NOT have to be fictional, but keep in mind that creativity is important (40% of the judging is creativity). And it does have to be mailed in, because I need your parent's signature on the form.

Death is ok and love is fine,
Death is ok and love is fine, but not too explicit on either. The winning entries will be published in an anthology, and kids might want to read the anthology, too.
Two parts is fine, too, but it has to be under 2000 words.
Does that help?
