So I'm watching the History Channel.....

Mercy's picture

Okay, so my dad and I are watching the History Channel. Right now, a thing on Kennedy's assassination is on.
People are arguing over whether or not Kennedy had one or more killers.

I think there was more than one.
Because if you look at the facts, it says the Governor and Kennedy reacted at the same time. They said that Kennedy got hit in the back, which went down to his throat, and then apparently into the governor. The way Kennedy was sitting, yes, it would have gone through his throat. And I see how it would have went into the governor. But, since the bullet would have been slowed down by Kennedy's body, once it hit the governor, Kennedy would have already reacted. There's no way the two men could have shown a reaction at the same time if it was the same bullet.
And the more I watch the program, the more I doubt the one-person theory.... I can't remember the other reasons....

If you have an opinion on this, post it. ^^

(and I'll start writing Ice Cold once my mind is set on writing. It hasn't been. Sorry. DDx)

That does make sense. It's

That does make sense. It's impossible for them to react at the same time when the bullet has to go through skin first. It would slow it down at least a little.
I'm not sure I have an opinion - I'd have to do a little more research on it first, lol.
I research a lot of 20th century related things, this hasn't been one of them. But now I can, thanks for giving me an idea on what to read up on next =] Right after John Dillinger, though, lol.

This is very interesting.

This is very interesting. Hmmmmmmm... I think Coal has a point. ;)

Of course it isn't going to

Of course it isn't going to make them any less dead, but I think the truth matters. Anyone really interested in this event should check out a book called Crosssfire by Jim Marrs (a Texas journalist) which is considered one of the most thorough on the subject.

Why isn’t my edited siggie showing right?

Even if Coal has a point, it's a very stupid and rude point! >.<

And thank you, Crescent! I'll try to check out the book. :D

John Dillinger was a bank

John Dillinger was a bank robber in the 30's. The folk-hero type, like Bonnie and Clyde.
I recently saw the new movie about him, so it prompted me to research him up =]
